A Danish multinational has launched High Court proceedings in a bid to shut down house builder Laragan Developments.
VKR Holdings, through its Dublin subsidiary, Velfac Ireland, claims that it is owed a significant amount of moneybyLaragan, and is seeking to liquidate the company in an effort to recover the debt.
Laragan is the housebuilding subsidiary of the Hanly group,which has extensive interests in hotels, quarrying, road construction and commercial property.
