Radio veteran Dan Healy has been named as the new chief executive of RTE’s 2FM, in a move which will see a strong commercial focus brought to the station.
Healy is well respected within the industry, having previously worked at Denis O’Brien’s Communicorp radio group. He started his radio career as sales manager in 98FM and became chief executive 1999.
