Dalata pays €35.1 million for Clarion Hotel in Cork city

The Clarion Hotel on Lapp's Quay

Savills and JLL, joint selling agents, have secured the sale of the Clarion Hotel on Lapp's Quay in Cork to Dalata Hotel Group for a record breaking price of €35.1 million.

An investment sale only (the existing tenant is not affected) it will continue to be operated by Choice Hotels Ireland under the Clarion brand.
