Dairygold invests Euro 33m in its facilities

Dairygold is investing Euro 33 million in the expansion and upgrading of its milk processing facilities at Mitchelstown, Co Cork. The new facility will be operational by next May.

The project has received funding and support from the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through Enterprise Ireland.

''This is the first phase in our post 2015 expansion programme,'' said Dairygold's chief executive Jim Woulfe.
