Daft.ie integrates price register data into site

Property website Daft.ie has integrated data from the new residential property price register into its site, allowing house-seekers to see what price neighbouring houses were sold for.

If a sold property was previously listed on Daft.ie, users will be able to see how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, along with the property type.

Property website Daft.ie has integrated data from the new residential property price register into its site, allowing house-seekers to see what price neighbouring houses were sold for alongside current properties for sale.

If a sold property was previously listed on Daft.ie, users will be able to see how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, along with the property type. That information is not currently available on the PSRA’s own register.
