DAA closes in on €750k trolley deal

The Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) has invested €750,000 in 4,000 new trolleys for passengers travelling through the airport in the run-up to the busy Christmas period.

The Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) has invested €750,000 in 4,000 new trolleys for passengers travelling through the airport in the run-up to the busy Christmas period.

The airport took delivery of the trolleys from German manufacturer Wanzl earlier this month. Declan McCarthy, head of passenger services, Dublin Airport, said the move was part of its ‘‘continued drive to improve the overall passenger experience’’.
