Weir & Conway is quoting rents of €410 per square metre for space at The Chancery, a purpose-built third generation office block on Chancery Lane in Dublin 8. The offices, which were designed by John Fleming Architects, are close to Dublin Castle, Grafton Street and St Stephen's Green.
