The first woman to take a case to the European Court of Human Rights regarding Ireland's abortion laws has requested to appear before the Oireachtas X case hearings.

The first woman to take a case to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in respect of Ireland's abortion laws has requested permission to appear before the Oireachtas committee hearings on the X case bill later this week.
