The president of the Czech Republic, Václav Klaus, who starts a state visit to Ireland tomorrow, will break off from his official engagements with the President, Taoiseach and Ceann Comhairle to have dinner with Declan Ganley, the founder of political party Libertas, on Tuesday evening.
