Cúram Software, a Dublin IT firm seen as a candidate for a flotation or trade sale, made an operating profit of $8.2 million last year despite a 12.5 per cent drop in revenues.

The firm had turnover of $79.8 million in 2010, down from $91.2 million in 2009, when it made a $22.4 million profit.
