Cully & Sully buyout to herald expansion abroad

Cork-based food firm Cully & Sully is set to expand into the US and Britain following its buyout by a US natural and organic food group.

Cork-based food firm Cully & Sully is set to expand into the US and Britain following its buyout by a US natural and organic food group.

The Hain Celestial Group, which is based in New York, announced last week that it had bought the company from its founders, Cullen Allen and Colum O'Sullivan, for an undisclosed sum. Allen and O'Sullivan will continue to manage all aspects of the business.
