Cubic Telecom, an Irish-owned provider of white label mobile services, w ll create ten new jobs this year after receiving funding of €500,000 from Enterprise Ireland.

The firm sells discount Sims for mobile phones which cut the cost of making calls while abroad. It has built a virtual platform that can be adapted to any brand and, according to chief commercial officer Gerry McQuaid, has multiple wholesale agreements in place with mainstream mobile operators.
