Galway-based medical devices firm Crospon has raised €500,000 in funding from Enterprise Ireland and is on the cusp of launching its gastroenterology product on to the market.

Galway-based medical devices firm Crospon has raised €500,000 in funding from Enterprise Ireland and is on the cusp of launching its gastroenterology product on to the market.

Crospon chief executive John O’Dea said that the funds would be used to finance the final phase of manufacturing start-up for its new EndoFLIP device, which it will begin selling shortly.
