Croke Park II is the best deal in a bad situation

The discussions and debate about the revised Croke Park agreement are well under way as individual unions take their position on the agreement. It is an undoubted dilemma for public servants to grapple with. The agreement is a complex one, reflecting the diversity of the public service itself.
