CRM: Sage takes two pronged approach

Development of the Sage CRM suite was carried out by the team in Sage's CityWest R&D facility for the group's global markets, writes Leslie Faughnan.

CRM from the well-known ERP and financial systems vendor Sage is available both as an online, hosted solution and the traditional on-premise implementation.
