CRM has experienced a "massive upsurge" in Ireland in the last year, according to the director of one CRM provider. Gary Cullen of Provident Technology said that, in the last six months, his team - in Britain, Germany, Austria and Ireland - had been devoting between 50 and 60 per cent of its time to interested Irish businesses.
