CRM: Customers make all the difference
New software that's aimed specificallyat SMEs is turning heads, writes Nevan Riley.
After selling two business arms to a development partner, Sage has positioned itself as the world's 'most valuable supporter' of SMEs, according to the Ryan Reid, field sales manager of the company's channel and corporate division.
On February 15, Sage announced the sale of its Sage ACT contact management and SalesLogix customer relationship management (CRM) businesses to US digital marketing firm Swiftpage, taking a minority stake in the company to help finance the move.
