A creditors' meeting is due to be held later this month for the company that proposed to build a private hospital on the grounds of St James's Hospital in Dublin. Synchrony Healthcare, which was headed by businessman Fergal Mulchrone and backed by investment firm Boundary Capital (now called Fleming Capital), had a contract agreement with the Health Service Executive (HSE) to build the private hospital under the previous government's co-location scheme.
