CPL benefits from skills undersupply to post 31% profits rise

Recruitment services firm CPL Resources posted a 31 per cent rise in profit before tax and a 13 per cent rise in revenue for the second half of 2012, despite a challenging environment.

The company said in its half year results, released this morning, that revenue for the period topped €161.7 million, while profit before tax was €5.9 million. The company also increased its dividend per share by 33 per cent to 4 cent.
