Covidien launches €25 million R&D partnership with IDA

Global healthcare products provider, Covidien is to launch six research and development projects worth €25 million in partnership with its facilities in Galway and Athlone.

Global healthcare products provider, Covidien is to launch six research and development projects worth €25 million in partnership with its facilities in Galway and Athlone.

The projects are jointly supported by Covidien and the Irish government and will create an as-yet undetermined number of research positions, a statement from the company said.
