Most of Ireland hasn't got 4G yet, but the South Korean government is already thinking of the next stage. Emmet Ryan asks if we really need these kinds of speeds on the go.

Last month Three rolled out their 4G network across Ireland. Following on from Vodafone and Eircom, it's an important technology that is going to make life a lot easier when it comes to communicating on the move. The South Korean government has far bigger ideas.
