Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney has insisted that the government needs to use the cabinet reshuffle to start setting the agenda again.

Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney has insisted that the government needs to use the cabinet reshuffle to start setting the agenda again after a “pretty bruising six months”.

He said that the forthcoming reshuffle was an opportunity to bring in some fresh faces, some new voices and some changes in responsibility.
