Court to rule on legal battle over Post's tribunal report

The High Court is to deliver a judgment on October 4 in the legal battle between The Sunday Business Post and the Mahon Tribunal, which is investigating planning matters.

The High Court is to deliver a judgment on October 4 in the legal battle between The Sunday Business Post and the Mahon Tribunal, which is investigating planning matters.

In High Court proceedings heard over two days earlier this year before Mr Justice Kelly, the tribunal sought a permanent injunction restraining publication by this newspaper and other newspapers of information the tribunal deems confidential.
