Allegations of forgery in relation to a €1 million development site in Co Kildare will be heard in the High Court in two weeks’ time.

Developers Frank McGill and Denis Sloyan are suing Christopher Dunne over a site at Kill in Co Kildare. Sloyan applied for planning permission for 24 townhouses at Whitethorn Grove, Kill, last November.
