A Dublin businessman who was spotted withdrawing cash from an undisclosed bank account has been ordered to hand over his home and three investment properties to his wife.
A Dublin businessman who was spotted by his wife's solicitor withdrawing cash from an undisclosed bank account has been ordered to hand over his home and three investment properties to his wife.
The man - identified only as DS - was seen by solicitor Anthony Donagher buying a bank draft for £14,280, having deposited €17,150 in cash.
The husband had withdrawn drafts for almost €63,000 the previous year.
