Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council could make €3 million from the sale of a cul-de-sac of private houses in Cabinteely, according to the selling agent of the houses.

The owners of the five houses in Sunnyhill Park in Cabinteely have put their entire cul-de-sac on the market.

The deal should net them €30 million in total - about twice what they would get if they sold their properties individually.
