Corporate Transactions: ECM transactions down by 45 per cent,but outlook is good

Post, telecoms and pharma sectors bucked the Irish trend

The number of mergers, acquisitions and equity capital market (ECM)transacti ons in Ireland declined by almost 50 per cent in the first half of this year, according to new figures from global information services company Experian.
