Cornerstone Portfolio on offer for €115m
Another collective victim of the Celtic Tiger era boom comes to market this week, in the form of six shopping centres in six counties across the country, under the guise of the Cornerstone Portfolio.
With a combined rent roll of more than €8.8 million, the €115 million asking price represents a yield in excess of 7 per cent, according to the agent JLL, which is handling the sale on the instructions of receivers Paul McCann and Stephen Tennant of Grant Thornton.
The shopping centres involved include Athlone Town Centre, majority interest in MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre in Kilkenny, Gorey Shopping Centre in Wexford, Tipp Town Centre in Tipperary, Westside Shopping...
