Scheme will be the largest office development to be undertaken in Cork city centre
An Bord Pleanála has given O’Callaghan Properties the go-ahead for the largest office development to be undertaken to date in Cork city centre.
The planning body confirmed the withdrawal of all remaining appeals to the planning permission granted by Cork City Council to developer Brian O’Callaghan for Navigation Square, an office complex of almost 30,000 square metres at Albert Quay East in the heart of the city’s docklands.
