A Corkman who accused his solicitor of failing to pay his mother’s funeral expenses more than 25 years ago has lost his appeal to the High Court.

A Corkman who accused his solicitor of failing to pay his mother’s funeral expenses more than 25 years ago has lost his appeal to the High Court.

Patrick Reen complained to the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal in April 2009 that solicitor Kevin J White had failed to comply with instructions to pay the costs of Hannah Reen’s funeral in 1985.
