Cork delegation aims to crack Chinese market

Representatives from 20 Cork businesses will travel east this week aiming to crack the Chinese export market.

Representatives from 20 Cork businesses will travel east this week aiming to crack the Chinese export market. Minister for trade and commerce Michael Ahern will lead a 40-strong delegation to Shanghai, China’s economic capital, which was formally twinned with Cork last year.

Cork Chamber of Commerce will sign a memorandum of understanding with its Shanghai equivalent to explore the scope for trade opportunities for businesses in the two cities.
