CorkBIC helped eight companies to raise almost €4 million in investment funding last year. The organisation helps to identify and build knowledge-intensive companies based on promising technologies and entrepreneurs.

The organisation works with angel investors and Enterprise Ireland to help companies raise capital.

Deal sizes range from €30,000 to €1.2 million, with investments averaging €400,000.
