Entrepreneur David Phelan plans to launch his drinks business in India, China and Russia next year.
Phelan said his company, Scion Spirits, has spent €2 million promoting its cream liqueur, Coole Swan, over the past 18 months.
The drink - which is pitched as a premium Irish cream liqueur - has already launched in Irish bars and restaurants, as well as independent off-licences, niche supermarkets and multiples.
