It’s true that the Tory leader was in the media spotlight, but unfortunately for him equally as prevalent was the very ‘‘uncool’’ photograph of a young Cameron posing in a waist coat and tails - a match for the famous youthful image of a long-haired, guitar-wielding, Tony Blair, it most certainly was not.
