Consumers are flocking to investments they can touch amid ongoing concerns about the stability of the euro and continuing turmoil in the markets.

A recent sale of Irish art at the Dublin auction house Adam's grossed over €2 million, with more than four in five of the items on offer sold, according to Adam's managing director, James O'Halloran.
