Consumer prices rose 1.6 per cent in the year to September, according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office.

Consumer prices rose 1.6 per cent in the year to September, according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office.

But prices decreased by 0.1 per cent during September, compared to an increase of 0.3 per cent recorded in September of last year.
