Savills has been set the task of seeking a development partner for Wicklow County Council’s €30 million Florentine Centre project in Bray. The project proposes a mix of retail, leisure and hospitality elements over almost 25,000 square metres. Construction work is expected to start next year and finish in Q4 2018. The project is currently awaiting a favourable planning decision from An Bord Pleanála.
