A consortium of lenders have moved to offload property developer Liam Carroll's Cherrywood site. The consortium, which includes Lloyds Banking Group, Danske Bank and the National Asset Management Agency (Nama), met a number of property agents last week to discuss options for selling the site, which could be worth up to €150 million.
