Conduit wins Tourism Ireland worldwide call-centre contract

Tourism Ireland has awarded its worldwide call-centre contract to Conduit.

Tourism Ireland has awarded its worldwide call-centre contract to Conduit.

The three-year contract, valued at between €3-4 million, follows a nine-month EU-wide tendering process. It will see Conduit handle up to 150,000 phone queries annually in six languages from 15 international markets.

Conduit’s chief operating officer Denis Creighton said a similar number of e-mail queries would be handled by Conduit in the first year of the contract. He said e-mail traffic was expected to overtake phone...
