The founder of Conduit and four other former shareholders in the 11850 directory inquiries company are taking a High Court action against the company’s owner. The five, including founder and former chief executive Liam Young, are suing Conduit Enterprises, a rising from the €90 million buyout of the business in 2006.

They were among the main beneficiaries of the deal, but are understood to dispute the terms of the agreement.
