Concern’s Haiti contribution is almost €9 million
Concern has raised almost €9 million for relief efforts in Haiti in the four months since the earthquake hit, writes Michelle Devane.
The charity has received more than 50,000 donations through the post, its website and other means since the earthquake struck on January 12. An estimated 230,000 people died in the earthquake and a million people lost their homes, according to Concern.
