The Competition Authority plans to conduct a major review of its procedures and performance for investigating mergers and acquisitions.

The Competition Authority plans to conduct a major review of its procedures and performance for investigating mergers and acquisitions.

As part of the review, the competition watchdog plans to canvass the views of up to 80 groups, such as companies and law firms, to determine what areas of its procedures need to be updated and improved.
