The Competition Authority has threatened the National Association of General Practitioners (NAGP) with legal action.
The Competition Authority has threatened the National Association of General Practitioners (NAGP) with legal action.
The move comes just months after the authority took a High Court action against the other main GP group, the Irish Medical Organisation (IMO).
In a letter sent to the NAGP last week, the Competition Authority raised concerns about a number of recent developments involving the NAGP.
