Question

I own a property business that expanded significantly in recent years. However, I now do not have enough work to justify the costs in the company, particularly the amount spent on wages. I have been considering pay cuts, but have been told that it might be better to consider redundancies.

What are the legalities involved with this? How much notice do I need to give staff and how much severance pay am I required...
