Companies will have to work harder on workplace diversity if they want to recruit young females, a new survey by PwC suggests.

Companies will have to work harder on workplace diversity if they want to recruit young females, a new survey by PwC suggests.

Some 82 per cent of female millennials (young women born from about the 1980s to 2000s) said that their employer's policy on diversity, equality and workforce inclusion was important in deciding whether or not they will work with them compared to 74 per cent for their male counterparts.
