Communicorp to sell Czech interests

Denis O'Brien's radio group Communicorp is poised to sell its business in the Czech Republic, as the company continues to sell off its non-Irish radio stations.

Denis O'Brien's radio group Communicorp is poised to sell its business in the Czech Republic, as the company continues to sell off its non-Irish radio stations.

The group of stations would be expected to fetch several million euro, money which is likely to be used to pay down debt.

The Czech Republic has been a key market for Communicorp, which owns Today FM and Newstalk.
