Commission shows we must bite bullet on tax reform

If ever there were a thankless task, surely having to recommend changes to a tax system must be towards the top of the list. Publishing your recommendations for more taxes within nine months of not one, but two of the most severe income tax hikes seen in many years doesn’t help much either.
