With €1.7 billion worth of Irish commercial property deals in the first half of this year, there are signs that some overseas buyers have whetted their hunger for Irish commercial property. On the plus side, other investors, including Irish institutions, are showing increased interest in the continuing flow of properties to the market. This will come as a relief to those who feared that a handful of overseas buyers would control Irish commercial property.
