Commercial property outperforms equities

Shares and bonds were outperformed by Irish commercial property in the third quarter

Irish commercial property outperformed shares and bonds with property achieving 2.1 per cent returns in the third quarter of this year, bringing to 8.5 per cent the returns in the first nine months of the year, according to the latest IPD/SCSI index.
