Commercial property market continues to surge

A buoyant fourth quarter could see total transactions for this year reach €3.5 billion.

Ireland’s commercial property market continued to perform strongly in the third quarter of the year with investors seeing overall returns reaching more than 6.1 per cent, while about €500 million in deals were transacted.

This means that the market is on track for close to €3 billion in deals for the whole of 2015 according to Kevin Donohoe, head of investment at DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
